THE BURIED GARDEN
A photo slips out of a book and sends a child searching their grandparents’ garden for something buried years ago, with garden animals lending a hand. Papa has dementia, and the story explains it simply and kindly. It’s about slowing down, noticing small things, and what a garden can teach us about remembering.Best for: child who loves a mystery, or a grandparent and child reading together.
Both stories start at chapter 1. Ages 3–10.
THE LOST BRACELET
A child has lost something special, and the only way to find it is to go looking. Across six chapters the search leads from the bush to the sea and home again, with a different animal pointing the way each time. Find the wild on your street.Best for: a child who loves exploring, collecting and a good quest.

Will it arrive for Christmas?
The gift card does. It’s ready the moment you order, so there’s something to hand over on the day. Chapter 1 posts on 23 December and usually arrives early to mid January, so the letterbox keeps the gift going after the wrapping paper is gone. Last order is 20 December.
Will I be charged again?
No. It’s one payment for six chapters, and nothing renews.
Can I add a message?
Yes. The gift card is ready to print and slip into a card of your own, or to send by email or text with your own note.
What if it doesn’t arrive?
Letters travel by regular post, untracked. If a chapter hasn’t arrived by 14 business days after posting, email us and we’ll send another.
What age is it for?
Children aged 3 to 10. Each chapter is written to be read together, so younger children can listen along and older ones can read it themselves.
What happens after six months?
The six chapters finish the story. You'll get a reminder in the final envelope if you'd like to continue onto another story.
